On the Welcome Lover we do everything that we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time, and always in a plain packaging and discreet.

What shipping methods do I have available?

All orders are sent by DHL Express or CTT Express Mail or Blue with the indication of next working day delivery to mainland Portugal and on the second business day to the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira.

The orders are shipped to the address you've selected as shipping address.

If you are not home at the time that arrives the courier for the delivery of my order what happens?

All shipments to Portugal can be free.
- Orders over 40€ are shipped by Express DHL, free of charge, arriving the following day for Mainland Portugal; Below this amount pay a fee 4.99€
- For shipping charge is taxed on the value of 5.99€. - Orders 1 to 2Kg, 15.99€

The shipping costs for Brazil and rest of the world are of 24.99€. Please note that may be increased amounts of customs fees for each country.

For the rest of Europe, shipments may take 3 to 5 days.
For the rest of the world may take 5 to 7 days (until its on the border, we are not responsible for the time that the order may stay in their respective customs services of each country).

For the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores the rates of shipping and payment are the same as Mainland Portugal, but the delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

How and where can I see the number of the object/number of the shipping?

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

Yes, you can raise your order in our warehouse on Rua João das Regras, 176, 4000-291 Porto.

 

To what countries do you ship?

We deliver to the countries: Portugal, all the Countries of the European Union and Brazil.

If you did an order and you've selected an international destination, you may be subject to import duties and other taxes. These taxes are applied only when your order arrives to the destination and we don't have any control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You are responsible for payment of all customs fees or other import taxes. It comes in contact with your customs for details before efetuares your order.

You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country for which the products are shipped. We are not responsible if you do not you comply with the legislation.

 

Can I lift in that time?

The orders are only available for collection on-site, after having the information that this is completed and together, you and our team, we will try to score the best time for you between 10h00 and 19h00.

 

Can I pay for my order when it is up?

No, all our orders with lifting in the warehouse already have to have the payment made by the other routes.

 

Returns and refunds

Don't forget that in the Welcome Lover your satisfaction is very important to us, you have 90 days to exchange or return your order, for any reason, even if it has been opened.
