Exchanges and returns

How much time do you have to change your mind?

You have 90 days to return your product and you can exchange it for another item or request a full refund of the amount paid for the product(s), without having to give us any explanation, provided it is in the original packaging, intact, and the product shows no sign of use.

How much will I spend to return the product?

Nothing, you won't spend a single cent.

How to start the Return process?

What forms of return/shipping do you have?

There are two ways to get the products to our facilities:

METHOD 1

Go to a CTT post office and ask for Registered Mail, fill it in with your details (Sender) and our details (Recipient), send it and make the payment, requesting a receipt with our tax details. Name: OMC | Tax ID: 513607757.

Then you just have to send us a photo of the invoice with the respective amount you paid and we will credit your customer account. NOTE: it is important that our details are on that invoice.

METHOD 2

Drop off the return in person at Loja Kardo, Rua João das Regras, 176, 4000-291 Porto.

What packaging should you use to return the item?

You can use the same packaging, just make sure it is properly sealed.

What should you put inside the packaging?

Include everything you have gathered for the product to be returned. Also enclose a brief note with the reason for the return, whatever it may be, and a reference to identify your order such as order number, email, name, or phone number.
