All of our content is protected by law. Any copying in full or in part, not authorized, will be subject to legal sanctions to be severe.

Returns
You can return all items bought within 90 days, whatever the reason. We replace the product or make a full refund of the amount paid, except for products under promotion or special campaigns. In these cases, applies the legislation in force, 30 days to exchange and/or return the amount paid.

Confidentiality
Being confidentiality one of our top priorities, we commit to keep confidential all personal data of our customers, and not provide them to third parties, nor disclose them by any other means. Prices
The Welcome Lover reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice, however, if this change will affect your order we will get in contact with you by e-mail. Please note that the prices and promotions of the online shop may be different from physical store ('KARDO).

Promotions
All of our promotions are limited to existing stock.

Offers
All orders may contain (in addition to the products purchased) condoms and lubricants, as a result of the partnerships that we have established. Will be limited to the existing stock, and to the permanence of these partnerships. May also contain advertising material.

Delivery times
For orders placed and payment confirmed until 15: 00 one working day, orders are dispatched on the same day with next working day delivery to mainland Portugal and on the second business day to the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira. If there are any delays on the part of the carriers, the Welcome Lover cannot be held responsible, since it escapes our control. But we will do everything so that this does not happen.

For the rest of Europe, shipments may take 3 to 5 days.
For the rest of the world may take 5 to 7 days (until its on the border, we are not responsible for the time that the order may stay in their respective customs services of each country).

Shipping

- Orders over 40€ are shipped by Express DHL, free of charge, arriving the following day for Mainland Portugal, below this amount pay a fee 4.99€

- For shipping charge is taxed on the value of 5.99€. This type of payment and in situations where a delivery is not complained of absence of the recipient in your household, refusal, etc.), the OMC reserves the right to resubmit only after the order be paid in full, by other means of payment available to you, plus a rate of 5.99€.


- Put the Rest: are You going to stay temporarily without access to your domicile? Whether it is for motives of works, absence at work, or if you do not have a fixed place of residence, receciona your order in the Store room the closest to it, with the service Powered the Rest. For correspondence to be forwarded to the Store of the CTT, in the zone of the recipient shall appear in the designation "Put Rest Store **********", in the following order:

The recipient of mail addressed to Put the Rest, to receive it, and have to identify.

The term conservation of mail addressed to the Set Remaining is the last day of the month following its receipt, after which it will be sent to Scrap Postcards.
The price applied to the service Put Remainder is to be paid by the recipient in the act of picking up the mail at the Store CTT (0,65€ + VAT).

The shipping prices for orders to the rest of Europe, are charged with the following values:
- Orders up to 1kg, 9.90€
- Orders 1 to 2Kg, 15.99€

The shipping costs for Brazil and rest of the world are of 24.99€. Please note that may be increased amounts of customs fees for each country.

Ruturas Stock
All articles made available in www.welcomelover.com they are in stock. If there is any fault in the product ordered, we will send you an e-mail message that indicates the new expected delivery date, or suggest to eventually change to another similar article or the refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation of orders
1. The Customer may always be that you want to cancel your order before it is shipped.
2. All orders that are not paid within 5 days will be automatically cancelled by our system.
